Job Description:
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues (including software, hardware, systems, networks, printers and scanners).
- Support all IT infrastructure and operations within the company, while ensuring the security and privacy of networks.
- Manage vendors on IT matters such as issue escalation and projects.
- Provide support in the operation of all technologies including office networks.
- Setting up and maintaining of equipment
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Establish and ensure proper IT asset tracking including hardware and software licenses.
- Maintain IT Systems, inventory, and infrastructure documentation.
- To assist the team in all IT-related duties and activities.
- Setting up accounts for new users n management of dc
- Support HR in onboarding new joiners to set up their computers and run through an IT induction on their first day.
Job Requirements:
- High Proficiency in MS Office
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Basic understanding in TCP/IP and LAN technology
- Knowledge of Windows
- Translate business requirements, questions, problems related to innovative and effective IT solutions related to Mid-range workflow, ECM and middleware systems.
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to commit to 5 work days and 1 Saturday (half-day) per month.
