Handling, coordinating and monitoring of project progress.
In charge of the overall management of the project, including construction period, cost, work progress, quality, safety, construction regulation, etc.;
Be familiar with project contract, construction drawing and technical specification;
Coordinate with technical department and design department, ensure the project can be completed smoothly;
Responsible for organizing the review and selection of subcontractors and suppliers;
Responsible for leading the project related personnel to prepare the project construction organization design, construction planning, material supply plan, labor supply plan, etc., and implementation;
Attending site meetings with main contractors, consultants, architects and clients. Maintain the relationship with the cooperation companies;
Responsible for the collection of project advance payment, progress payment and settlement payment;
Responsible for organizing project personnel to handle various on-site visas, changes, and completing project claims in time;
Responsible for the review, negotiation and management of project contracts, including project contracts, contracts with subcontractor, procurement contracts, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience; At least have undertaken 3 or more large public construction and decoration projects independently;
Minimum Diploma and above in Building, Architecture or its equivalent, excellent in English and Chinese writing and speaking;
Strong organization and coordination skills, interpersonal and communication skills, with a good sense of teamwork and leadership;
Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for the construction of a project.
Candidate with experience in furniture design and manufacturing is preferred;
Candidate with safety qualification certificates for project managers in the construction industry is preferred;
Billigual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
