Job Description
· Handling of car accident reporting related matters.
· Manage Customer expectations from Accident reporting to Vehicle repair completion
· Create Repair Estimates for damaged vehicles.
· Communicate with insurance company/surveyors for claims.
· Manage & co-ordinate with Technicians on repair plans.
· To be able handle customer enquiry & phone calls.
· Prepared Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
· Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
· Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
· At least 1-2 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Must possess at least O level, Diploma or Degree.
· Good communication skills.
· Bilingual
· Keen in learning.
· Keen to work at automotive industry
Working location / hour: Carros Centre - Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.15pm)
