Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CloudSense Solution Architect with expertise in B2B Order Management, specifically within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will own the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to identify business challenges and translate them into innovative solution designs. The role involves BSS Transformation, end-to-end solutioning, and management of B2B products, order management, and billing processes using the CloudSense CPQ platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Development: Own the design and development of CloudSense Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) features to meet complex business requirements.
- Blueprint & Roadmap Ownership: Take charge of the solution blueprint and roadmap, ensuring alignment with client objectives and long-term goals.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business problems and articulate them into effective solution designs.
- BSS Transformation: Lead the end-to-end solutioning for BSS transformation initiatives, focusing on B2B product management, order management, and billing solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide strong technical leadership, advocating for efficiency in solution design and implementation both internally and externally.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure all solutions are designed with performance, scalability, data security, and operational effectiveness in mind.
- Telco Expertise: A telecommunications background is highly preferred to address industry-specific challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with CloudSense CPQ platform and B2B Order Management.
- Strong background in BSS transformation, specifically within telecommunications.
- Ability to analyze, document, and communicate optimal design approaches based on client requirements.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure solutions that meet business needs.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the Telco industry will be a plus.
- Expertise in managing billing systems, product management, and order management processes.
