Responsibilities:
- Lead the QC department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Safely and productively operate various QC tools and equipment, including thickness gauges, hardness testers, visual measuring machines, microscopes, micrometers, and other related instruments.
- Perform inspections on a variety of outputs, including foils, mounted stencils, laser-cut stencils and parts, pump print stencils, shims, and COHU Probe Pins.
- Manage the Bellow Qualification process, conducting functional, dimensional, and cross-sectional checks.
- Gather and record data on thickness, XY measurements, aperture size, and hardness for traceability.
- Enter inspection data into databases or servers and maintain updated technical drawings.
- Ensure detailed record-keeping for all measurement data to maintain traceability.
- Handle specialized stencils like dual-layer, 3D, and thin foils with care to avoid damage.
- Plan and organize production schedules to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Oversee calibration activities and maintain accurate records in the Calibration Database.
- Take charge of ISO documentation and maintain up-to-date quality records.
- Participate in both internal and external ISO audits to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with contractors or suppliers to handle maintenance and calibration requirements.
- Identify and resolve production issues, performing minor repairs when necessary.
Requirements:
- At least SPM, NITEC / Higher NITEC in Chemical
- Preferably at least 2 years experience in Quality Assurance area
- Able to work in chemical production environment
- Team player & strong communication
- Takes initiative & has a sound understanding of safe working practice.
- Able to work rotating shifts
