Executive, Total Rewards (Payroll & Data Management)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform end to end payroll process.
  • Ensure all queries are proactively response from/to key stakeholders.
  • Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21 & NS Claims.
  • Responsible for submission of Government Paid Leaves (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare & etc)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local legislations.
  • Make recommendation on work process improvement whenever necessary.
  • Any HR/ Payroll projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll knowledge and experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of payroll knowledge and experience.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related.
  • Hands-on experience on BIPO Prosoft is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP Success Factor will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on Payroll, Singapore Employment Act, CPF & Income Tax legislation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior experience in HR shared services environment with a large organization is preferred.
  • Highly self-motivated, committed and resourceful; with initiative and drive to deliver organized and meticulous work.
