Job Responsibilities:
- Perform end to end payroll process.
- Ensure all queries are proactively response from/to key stakeholders.
- Responsible for statutory payment submission, such as CPF, IR8A, IR21 & NS Claims.
- Responsible for submission of Government Paid Leaves (Maternity, Paternity, Childcare & etc)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local legislations.
- Make recommendation on work process improvement whenever necessary.
- Any HR/ Payroll projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of payroll knowledge and experience.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of payroll knowledge and experience.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related.
- Hands-on experience on BIPO Prosoft is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Success Factor will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Payroll, Singapore Employment Act, CPF & Income Tax legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in HR shared services environment with a large organization is preferred.
- Highly self-motivated, committed and resourceful; with initiative and drive to deliver organized and meticulous work.
