Our client is a European MNC dealing with luxury timepieces.
They are currently seeking an experience Trade Marketing Project Manager (12 months contract with 1-month completion bonus):
Main responsibilities
1. Planning and overseeing TMM projects in the South East Asia region, from the initial ideation through to completion - coordinate with relevant parties and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
2. Monitor the TMM budget on a quarterly basis
3. General support in terms of all trade marketing related inquiries in regional office
4. Liaise & interface with HQ TMM deparment
5. Liaise & interface closely with regional Commercial teams as well as other departments when needed and any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities & support inter-department activities
6. Traveling for work when required
Detailed job scope:
- Manage the TMM budget from planning, reporting to ensuring maximum impact from investments, to manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
- Monitor budgets and construction schedules reporting back to HQ on a regular basis
- Manage and oversee all aspects of renovation for store opening from floor-plan feedback to visual tools check to final display execution, ensuring close cooperation with retail partners, HQ and external vendors:
1. Ensuring that there is a detailed plan for each project to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
Attend site handover meetings, to ensure that conditions are as per signed agreements.
2. Conduct factory and local site visits or virtual calls to monitor ongoing quality and report progress back to HQ Access and accept completed store from external construction team and complete detailed build defects list.
3. Lead rectification process of all build defects, ensuring these are completed in a timely manner.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the retail partners, external project management team (if any), contractors invovled, ensuring the project is delivered to satisfaction.
- Monitor competitors’ activity and identify new creative opportunities for renovation projects in the region.
- Identify commercial opportunities and challenges through Customers/Consumers/Shopper/Category understanding and business insights to deliver business objectives.
- Ensure POS and VM assets are well-maintained in the region.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in any consumer goods or hospitality industry
- Creative, pragmatic and proactive.
- Able to take a collaborative approach to design, through engaging in conversations around stakeholder comment.
- Detail-oriented, strong in project management
- Experience in working with sales team, possessing analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication.
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence and develop business relationships at all levels of an organization
- Excellent decision-making skills with experience in planning, organizing, as well as problem solving skills.
- Team player with high level of integrity
- Demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking skills
