An renowned infrastructure/engineering consultancy firm is looking for a Construction Project Manager in Philippines to lead the APAC projects (except Singapore) in coastal/marine engineering, land reclamation, dredging etc. You will oversee the Coastal Engineering, Dredging, and Land Reclamation projects in Philippines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects in marine environments.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects related to coastal engineering, dredging, and land reclamation.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
- Supervise and lead construction teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any relevant disciplines.
- 8+ years of project, technical, leadership experience in civil engineering, at least 5+ in coastal engineering projects
- Experience in managing coastal engineering, dredging, and land reclamation projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of marine construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- **Requires to station in Philippines for 1-2 years (appropriate compensation will be provided)
