Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk reception duties, welcoming visitors and serving beverages.
- Oversee office stationery and pantry orders.
- Handle incoming calls, screening and transferring them to the appropriate departments, and taking messages as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including visa applications and accommodation bookings.
- Provide stationery supplies and create name cards for new hires.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, and administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail, efficiency, and quality of work.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
- Capable of multitasking and working independently.
- Professional appearance, responsible demeanor, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and MS Outlook.
- Open to Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents only.
