Sales Responsibilities:
· Processing of sales orders, delivery orders, and invoice.
· Communicate and coordinate efficiently with colleagues.
· Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support.
· Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
· Communicate efficiently with customers through various channels.
· Support the development of new and existing products.
· Bookkeeping of customers’ transactions, complaints and all necessary records.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
Telemarketing Responsibilities:
· Procuring new clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth.
· Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients if required
· Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
· Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
· Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Requirements:
· Min. O levels and above
· Ability to handle customers amicably and maintain professional customer service skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Meticulous and detail-oriented
· Proficient in MS Office application such as Word, Excel
· Initiative and commitment to complete assigned task
· Possess proactiveness and willingness to learn
