The Role: We're seeking an experienced events organiser with strong audio-visual production skills to plan and execute impactful brand activations and small-scale events. This role will bridge the gap between our creative concepts and real-world experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution • Develop and manage event concepts, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate all aspects of small-scale events and brand activations • Ensure smooth event operations and troubleshoot on-site issues
- Audio-Visual Production • Oversee A/V setups for events, including sound, lighting, and video • Create and edit multimedia content for event use • Manage technical aspects of live-streaming and recording events
- Vendor Management • Source and manage relationships with event vendors and suppliers • Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery of services • Co-ordinate with internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- 5+years of experience in event management, with a focus on brand activations
- Strong project management, cost management and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
