Roles and Responsibilities:
The Senior Executive, HR Operations, is responsible for implementing and reviewing processes and systems that support strategic HR initiatives for the various HR functions. He/she is responsible for day-to-day execution of tasks relating to HR operations and collates data for analysis of the effectiveness of HR processes and systems and liaises with various departments to understand their data reporting and analysis requirements. He/she
provides support for data analysis and improves analytical models where necessary.
Job Description:
- Support and administer monthly payroll and tax administration, including checking and resolving payroll
discrepancies. - Implement and maintain benefits administration.
- Support and administer leave management.
- Support onboarding administration, including but not limiting to preparation of Letter of Acceptance (LOA), Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA), etc.
- Support offboarding administration, including issuance of Acceptance of Resignation (AOR), IR21 tax clearance, checking and verification of balance benefits.
- Support and administer Work Pass Administration, including but not limiting to verifying of pass quotas, pass application/renewal/cancellation and pass conversion.
- Process and administer Workman Compensation claims.
- Prepare and maintain required reports for verification and checking of work processes and as required to support HR initiatives for various HR functions.
- Review HR-related activities and processes to identify any areas where data collection systems could be implemented or improved.
- Collate and integrate financial, HR and other data sources to design HR metrics, identify causal relationships, analyse trends, develop forecasts and projections, and draw insights and foresights for decision making.
- Analyse data by employing data mining, modelling, predictive analytics, and benchmarking tools and
techniques to create insights and foresights to guide decision-making. - Support the collation of data and information to support the preparation of business cases for organisational development or change interventions.
- Collect data and information to assist with monitoring progress against success metrics for organisational
development or change interventions. - Monitor and escalate any issues or feedback received on organisational development or change interventions.
- Respond to queries regarding organisational development or change interventions.
