Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and data entry.
- Marketing Assistance: Support the marketing team in developing and executing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and market research.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate various projects across our businesses, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to track project progress and marketing efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to streamline processes and enhance communication.
Qualifications:
- Recent university graduate or current university student in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in TikTok and Instagram is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and contribute.
