Job Description:
- To assist in office administrative matters
- To answer phone calls and enquiries
- To perform data entry and filing of all incoming and outgoing documents
- To record transactions using account system and excel
- To provide administrative support to project team which includes documentation preparation and verification, filing and co-ordination of daily workflow
- To source for quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors
- To assist team leader to apply and submit regulatory forms when required
- To perform other duties as and when required by Company
Job Requirements:
- Good team player, hardworking, self-driven, responsible and meticulous
- With good time and stress management and communication skills and able to multi-task
- Possess positive working attitude and able to work productively and independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers
- 'N', 'O', diploma qualifications or similiar
