Responsibilities:
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for senior directors, including agendas, email, client management, and other company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
- Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
- Provide administrative and office support, such as spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contacts database
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Assist the Senior Leader in preparing for meetings by organizing materials, booking venues etc
- Conduct data collection and analysis, and prepare reports and presentation slides
- Organize engagement events by coordinating schedules and overseeing logistical arrangements
- Review and ensure timely processing of documents requiring the Senior Leader's approval
- Perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and photocopying of tender documents etc
- Prepare and submit expense claims
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements:
- Provide administrative support to a team.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Outlook experience also preferred.
- Duties will include calendaring, scheduling, email, phone work, travel & expenses and other clerical tasks. PC skills a must, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to prioritize work and project a professional manner.
