Assistant Store Manager (F&B)

Location: TRX Outlet

Salary: RM3,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Lead and train staff to enhance team performance.
  • Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in creating promotions to boost sales.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the outlet.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
  • Promote a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a supervisor or manager in food and beverage, preferably in a tea outlet.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop the team.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for quality service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of tea products is a plus.
