Duties
- Attend to technical/engineering enquiry from airlines, Airframer and repair agencies
- Manage technical investigation and liaison with OEM Product Support Engineers
- Render support to the Customer Support Director / Customer Support Managers
- Perform Aircraft-on-ground (AOG) support during weekdays, weekends & public holidays on
a rotation basis
- Able to perform any Adhoc duties when required / out of hours
- Able to travel to visit customers within Asia region.
Requirements
· Able to work weekends rotation to support AOG
· Able to travel if required
· Has customer service background
· Has knowledge on OEM / aerospace industry knowledge
