  • Support customers to identify the correct the parts through parts manual or by communicating with factory
  • Prepare/present parts quotes for customers
  • Participate in weekly/monthly meetings, providing the department manager with updates on sales activities of the assigned countries
  • Manage data such as contact information, crane populations, opportunities, campaigns, selling activities, quotes delivered, etc.
  • Provide feedback to the manager to drive changes to the business to align with market expectations (Examples to include competitive pricing data, new parts offerings, etc.)
  • Individual must cultivate any prospective new customer opportunities
  • Establish a regular visit to customers or job sites to assist them in identifying any Parts sales potential.
  • Promote current parts marketing and sales programs to all customer
  • Other duties, as assigned by Management
