Key Responsibilities:
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain systems hardware and software, ensuring robust infrastructure support.
- Manage both on-premise and GCC environments, ensuring seamless operations and system availability.

- Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software, and related procedures comply with organizational standards.
- Manage and support systems such as:
Operating Systems: Linux, Windows, UNIX (AIX)

Middleware: WebSphere Application Servers, WebSphere Message Queue
Backup Solutions: Veritas NetBackup, Tivoli Storage Manager
