Mandatory Skills
- Contribute to projects / initiatives, starting from Requirements Gathering, Functional Specs review to User Acceptance Testing and Live Verification.
- Must have good working hands-on experience in data querying (SQL and such) and handling of data schemas and data wrangling. Subject matter expertise in consumer/retail credit domain will be an instant hit.
- Review requirements to ensure alignment to design principles and data architecture
- Evaluate existing BAU process and identify areas that need improvement and propose options as solutions
- Attend to user stories/requirements from stakeholders e.g. credit risk analysts with regards to data and dashboarding needs and work with (Tech) data factory and/or READ teams
- Join regular scrum meetings and user stories grooming sessions to ensure that enhancements are delivered accordance to business requirements/solutions and is within budget and timelines
- Review solution proposal from (Tech) and provide effective challenge and counter proposal
- Familiarity with consumer credit loan systems and customer systems for secured lending products (ie. LEAPS ORIGINS (front-end booking system) and Finacle (account maintenance system)
- Familiarity with consumer credit loan systems and customer systems for cards and unsecured loan products (ie. VisionPlus)
- Should have experience with collection management system such as Debt Manager and Aspect/Cisco auto dialler
- Good knowledge of Collibra as part of data discovery and lineage between data tables in ADA/DL (data warehouses).
- Participate in various workshops from BU initiatives
