Operation Admin Assistant (Ship chandler)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attending to customer enquiries via email or phone call.
  • Calling Agent/Supply Boat & Vessel for POD endorsement.
  • Data Entry
  • Support Daily Operation
  • Cash Handling and submission to Finance
  • 3rd party documents Handling.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by Operation and Logistics Manager

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

  • Secondary, GCE N or O Level, ITE or equivalent
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Minimum 1 to years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of MS- Office tools and AX system.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude, good communication,
  • Hardworking
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Problem solving and innovation skills
  • A good judgment with the analytical skill
  • A rigorous work attitudes
  • Hold fast to Confidentiality Rules and Regulations
