- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Technology Service Provider
- Position Title: Sales Support Admin
- Working Location: West – Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas Link) – Requires taking a few bus stops to reach the company
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30 am-5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD2800 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately preparing and managing essential sales documentation including quotations, delivery orders, and invoices. Ensuring these documents are in compliance with company standards and are delivered in a timely manner.
- Oversee and coordinate the timely and efficient fulfillment of orders, including the arrangement of delivery schedules.
- Accurately record all transactions and data entries in the system, and ensure proper filing of all related documents.
- Overseeing inventory levels to ensure product availability aligns with customer demands and company goals
- Monitoring stock, forecasting needs, and coordinating with the logistics team to address any discrepancies or issues in the supply chain.
