- Position Title: Parent Communication Officer
- Working Location: Kay Siang Rd
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 7.30 am – 4 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all communications and enquiries from current parents and internal staff.
- Manage school supplies, inventory, research, ordering, invoicing, deliveries, etc.
- Assist in open house events.
- Coordinate student transport arrangements (daily and field trips).
- Liaise with external providers for arranging Extra Curricular Activities (ECAs).
- Keeping a tidy reception area for welcoming guests.
- Assist with student’s break time, lunchtime, and pick up.
- Ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the principal.
