- Position Title: Security Officer
- Working Location: Island Wide
- Working Hours: 5 days/6 days (7.30 am-7.30 pm/7.30 pm-7.30 am) (Alternate working day/ 12 hours shift)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary $3,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a cluster of 10-15 properties, grouped geographically to reduce travel time.
- Perform security duties including clocking, observing security threats, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies.
- Respond to fire alarms and other onsite emergencies.
- Conduct investigations, manage incidents, and report findings.
- Perform patrol and clocking duties according to the shift roster.
- Conduct compliance checks in line with building by-laws and escalate non-compliance issues to management.

- Valid PLRD license with RTT, CSSPB, and PAPP training.
- Customer service oriented.
- Completed mandatory security training modules.
- Strong communication and service excellence skills.
- Training will be provided for those without prior experience or training.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Possesses Class 2 driving license with own motorbike for patrolling task.
