Operations Team Leader

Good Morning Cleaning

Job Scope:

  • Assign cleaning tasks.
  • Create staffing schedules.
  • Provide orientation and training for new staff.
  • Offer high-quality customer service to clients.
  • Manage the inventory and order supplies.
  • Issue supplies and equipment to staff.
  • Hire new staff and recommend transfers, promotions and dismissals.
  • Perform cleaning duties.
  • Prepare reports and share them with management.
  • Establish standards and procedures for work.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss policies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
  • Recommend service improvements to the management.
  • For staff with valid Class 3 Driving License, a company vehicle may be issued for operational use.
  • Driving staff to comply with company driving conduct and am liable for traffic offences and accidents.


Requirement:


Physically fit, able to carry out prolonged standing and carry load

Diploma and above

Strong in Microsoft Excel

Experience working in a cleaning company preferred

Class 3 Driving License preferred
