Job Scope:
- Assign cleaning tasks.
- Create staffing schedules.
- Provide orientation and training for new staff.
- Offer high-quality customer service to clients.
- Manage the inventory and order supplies.
- Issue supplies and equipment to staff.
- Hire new staff and recommend transfers, promotions and dismissals.
- Perform cleaning duties.
- Prepare reports and share them with management.
- Establish standards and procedures for work.
- Attend staff meetings to discuss policies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
- Recommend service improvements to the management.
- For staff with valid Class 3 Driving License, a company vehicle may be issued for operational use.
- Driving staff to comply with company driving conduct and am liable for traffic offences and accidents.
Requirement:
Physically fit, able to carry out prolonged standing and carry load
Diploma and above
Strong in Microsoft Excel
Experience working in a cleaning company preferred
Class 3 Driving License preferred
