Job Description:

- basic knowledge of computer, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
- communicate successfully with clients, vendors and the construction crew, site supervisors require the capacity to listen carefully, express ideas clearly, and resolve conflicts tactfully
- lead and motivate their teams to complete projects on time and within budget
- able to delegate tasks, give instructions and provide constructive feedback
- capability to use project management software and tools, and can oversee construction projects from start to finish
- planning tasks, managing resources and budgets, and tracking progress against project timelines
- necessary to manage client and vendor contracts and includes negotiating terms and conditions, tracking deliverables and resolving disputes
- can identify and solve problems that arise during construction projects
- essential to be able to identify potential hazards, monitor progress and conduct thorough inspections

Job Requirements:
· Any relevant degree
· At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a construction site
able to work on computer
· Able to multi-task and self-organised
· Fit and able to carry heavy loads
· Able to perform overtime as and when required
· must holding safety supervisor certificate
· First Aider would be preferred
· Possess positive attitude and initiative
· Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Ability to work well as a team
· Possess good communication skills – both written and verbal
· Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
· Having Singapore driving licence is an advantage
· Must complete work at height supervisor certificate
