Overview


You will be responsible for driving property sales by engaging with prospective buyers, maintaining the sales gallery, and fostering strong relationships with industry professionals and clients. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to organize viewings and events, while proactively developing initiatives to maintain a robust sales pipeline. This role is key to achieving and exceeding sales goals, ensuring exceptional service, and promoting the brand’s values and products.


Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective clients interested in purchasing properties, providing guidance and executing sales with timely and consistent follow-up.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales gallery, ensuring smooth client experiences.
  • Maintain daily viewing/appointment records and perform lead analysis, preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales agents, facilitating smooth transactions and collaboration.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships with clients and acting as a public-facing liaison to uphold and promote the brand's image.
  • Attend events, seminars, and industry-related activities to promote product awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to organize previews, property viewings, and other client engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive list of industry professionals, targeted businesses, and professional groups, including but not limited to PR companies, luxury brands, and concierge services, to attract potential buyers.
  • Contribute to and follow the sales and marketing plan, aiming to exceed departmental and revenue goals.
  • Continuously build the sales pipeline through proactive networking and developing new initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business and sales goals.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in high-end residential sales, working with high-net-worth (HNW) clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Strong client and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Sales and profit-focused, always looking for opportunities to maximize margins.
  • Good understanding of the branded residential sector.
  • A team player with a positive, engaging, and energetic personality.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and work with little to no direct supervision.
  • Exceptional guest services skills and sophisticated interpersonal skills.


On top of the basic salary, the selected candidate will be eligible for the company’s commission scheme, based on sales performance and meeting established targets.
