Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Workplace Specialist to manage the administrative functions of our growing Asia Pacific office. This role will support various operational aspects, including human resources, finance, and event inquiries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small team environment, working closely with regional managers,interns and the Country Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Finance Management: Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting support.
- Event Coordination: Respond to inquiries related to events, assist in planning logistics, and liaise with venues as needed.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for the Country Director on office activities, finance, and event status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in office administration, HR, or finance is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
- Leave: 14 days of annual leave, plus birthday leave
