Key Responsibilities
- Handle full monthly payroll and staff claims processing.
- Manage staff leave and other employee benefits.
- File employment income with IRAS, including data for foreign workers.
- Process claims for government-paid leaves like maternity and childcare, and NS make-up pay.
- Oversee the performance management process, calculate annual raises and variable bonuses based on directives from senior management.
- Support the Admin/HR Manager in preparing the payroll budget.
- Work with the Admin/HR Manager to foster effective HR strategies, standards, and a positive workplace culture that matches the company’s goals.
- Coordinate travel and resolve expatriate issues.
- Aid the Admin/HR Executive in general office operations such as booking flights, maintaining office supplies, and managing service providers like cleaners, security, and company vehicles and phones.
- Contribute to government and industry-related surveys.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
