M&E Design Consulting firm (Building Services)
Location: CBD
Job Scope:
- Develop detailed M&E design drawings and specifications for building services, including ACMV, HVAC, plumbing and sanitary, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection.
- Work with project teams to ensure that designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and sustainability goals.
- Assisting in preparation of technical reports, specifications, and documentation for submission to relevant authorities.
- Identifies discrepancies in results.
- Good understanding of BIM Modelling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, from a recognized institution.
- Familiar with building code and authority submission procedure.
- Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates without experience may be considered, if he/she possess the right attitude.
