Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Fishball Noodle Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has experience in preparing authentic fishball noodle dishes, maintaining high food standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of fishball noodles and related dishes, following traditional recipes while ensuring top-quality food production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of fishball noodle dishes, including dry and soup variations, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients, including handmade fishballs, noodles, broth, and condiments.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Follow food safety standards and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with the management team for replenishment of supplies.
- Maintain and enhance the taste and presentation of fishball noodles to meet customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional service by handling customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in developing new menu items or special promotions when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fishball Noodle Chef or in a similar role in an Asian food establishment.
- Strong knowledge of preparing and cooking traditional fishball noodles.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used for noodle and soup preparation.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
