The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote and grow the company’s food and beverage offerings. This role involves driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring customer satisfaction through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, and innovative promotions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the F&B industry, a strong sales background, and a creative mindset to develop compelling marketing strategies. This intern will report to the director directly with regards to all his proposals
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing.
- Drive brand profitability, track and ensure brand performance and returns.
- Drive and review on the strategic marketing and communications planning and execution to reinforce brand positioning.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Conduct situational analysis to assess the organization's internal and external business environment and landscape.
- Evaluates and analyses campaign results and presents recommendations for changes in brand strategies.
- Identify key focus groups for public relations cultivation.
- Formulate budgetary assumptions.
- Ensure brand compliance in all communication materials.
- Engage stakeholders on marketing, communications, and branding counsel.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- To learn how to use digital marketing techniques on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to create content that enhances the company’s market presence
- To learn organize and managing promotional events and other marketing activities to increase brand visibility and engage customers.
- To learn to have deep understanding of customer needs and preferences within the F&B industry and commited to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- To learn how to manage and motivate the sales and marketing team and ability to delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and provide feedback and support.
- To learn how to negotiate deals, contracts, and partnerships to benefit the company and the ability to persuade clients, partners, and stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
- To learn to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company goals and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
