- Develop an annual pipeline of music events in line with the strategic direction of the portfolio brands
- Produce annual financial projections and targets to drive continuous year-on-year growth
- Oversee cash flow for the business and ensure financial targets are met
- Oversee the overall brand and marketing strategy of the portfolio brands and additional business verticals
- Develop and implement agile and timely sales strategies to maximize event ticket sales
- Analyze ticket sales, attendee, and F&B revenue data to optimize the profitability of events
- Develop service offerings and seek customers for music curation and creative agency services
- Identify opportunities for additional business verticals and put the pieces in place to develop and execute them
- Establish partnerships with vendors, sponsors, and collaborators to grow and improve the profitability of events
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads for the Nomad Solar Sounds speaker rental brand
- Seek overseas opportunities to expand Cream Team Productions’ brands internationally
- Manage key aspects of event organization and operations including vendor management, logistics, and team management
- Ensure accounting records are up to date and oversee annual tax filing
