Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive role is critical in expanding sales through new customer acquisition. It requires understanding customer needs and proposing optimal solutions to promote the company’s products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
Pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. Provide customized proposals for individual customers, ensuring they get the most value from our products and services.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Create and implement effective sales plans to meet revenue targets. Regularly report progress on sales activities and adjust action plans to stay on track toward goals.
Customer Support & Problem Solving:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and problems after product sales.
Qualifications:
- Min. 5 GCE ‘O’ level Passes
- Tele-sales/telemarketing experience in banks preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
We offer in-house training to ensure the new hire is well-prepared for their roles. New hire will be assigned to do mostly cold calling for the first few months, until they are familiar with our product and obtain the required license for product consultancy. Thereafter, job scope will enlarge to preparing customized quotes, placing orders, and overseeing receivables. We value work-life balance, and thus little or no overtime is expected as long as sales target is met.
We offer a basic salary plus attractive target achievement incentives. Partial work from home can be discussed from second year of employment. Official work hours 10am to 7pm, 5 days a week.
