Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and inquiries.
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely communication between teams and customers.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
- Support the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
Customer Engagement:
- Facilitate customer orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Operational Efficiency:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
- Help manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the chemical or composites industry.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High energy level and possess ability to do brief presentations.
