We are looking for Guest Relationship/Front Desk Executive. The pay we are offering is up to $3,500.
Job Responsibility:
1. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and maintain accurate booking and payment records.
2. Make bookings for guests and provide information on rooms, rates, amenities, and local attractions, building rapport with guests.
3. Coordinate with Reservations, Finance, and Operations teams on manpower planning, operation planning and manage guest requests.
4. Perform general administrative tasks.
Requirement:
1. Strong administrative, multitasking, and organizational skills
2. Proven customer service experience
3. Computer literacy
4. Experience in the hospitality industry, with hotel experience as a plus
5. Ability to lead a team
