Job Overview:We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Cat Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals and a strong understanding of cat behavior. This role involves supervising cats in a secure environment, ensuring their well-being, and maintaining clean and orderly facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming and sanitizing cat enclosures.
- Grooming cats, washing their faces, feeding, providing fresh water, and administering medications.
- Monitoring cat behavior and intervening when necessary to prevent fights or injuries.
- Taking photos and videos to send to cat owners, updating them on their pet’s daily activities.
- Assisting pet owners with the check-in and check-out process for boarding.
- Following all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure the health and safety of all cats.
Requirements:
- Experience working with animals, particularly cats, is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of feline behavior and body language.
- A passion for animals and a love for caring for them.
