  1. Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities in English and Chinese-speaking regions.
    Analyze market trends and competitors to develop strategies for entering new markets.
  2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Identify and reach out to potential clients in both English and Chinese-speaking markets.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication in both languages.
    Handle negotiations and close deals with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
  3. Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
    Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services or products to the needs of English and Chinese-speaking clients.
  4. Proposal Writing and Presentations Prepare business proposals, presentations, and other documents in both English and Chinese.
    Deliver pitches and presentations to clients, ensuring cultural and linguistic appropriateness.
  5. Partnerships and Networking Identify potential partners in both English and Chinese-speaking markets.
    Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities where both languages are used.
  6. Contract Negotiation Manage contract negotiations, ensuring terms are understood and agreed upon by both English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  7. Sales and Revenue Growth Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by capitalizing on bilingual communication skills.
  8. Cross-Cultural Communication Facilitate communication between English and Chinese-speaking teams or clients to ensure smooth operations and mutual understanding.
  9. Compliance and Reporting Ensure business activities comply with local regulations in English and Chinese-speaking regions.
    Provide regular reports to management in both languages regarding business development efforts.
  10. Travel
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients, partners, or attend events in regions where English and Chinese are predominantly spoken.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin): Must be able to communicate, read, and write proficiently in both languages for effective client engagement, documentation, and presentations.
