Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide HR Administration support within the HR department
- Assist in recruitment matters such as coordinating and conducting interviews
- Handle full cycle of recruitment onboarding and offboarding
- Preparation of HR-related letters such as Letter of Appointment, work pass application, etc.
- Involving in staff training
- Payroll knowledge is an advantage
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Basic 2 years relevant working experience
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
Working days: 5 work days per week
Working location: Kaki Bukit
