HR Assistant Manager

Ps Manpower Pte. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide HR Administration support within the HR department
  • Assist in recruitment matters such as coordinating and conducting interviews
  • Handle full cycle of recruitment onboarding and offboarding
  • Preparation of HR-related letters such as Letter of Appointment, work pass application, etc.
  • Involving in staff training
  • Payroll knowledge is an advantage
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Basic 2 years relevant working experience
  • Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player

Working days: 5 work days per week

Working location: Kaki Bukit
