Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced M&E Coordinator to support our Project Manager in overseeing site installation works for mechanical and electrical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for Coordinating with Maincontractors and attending site meetings with consultants, owners, and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing site installation works and supervising Workers.
- Attend site meetings with consultants, owners, and architects to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Review and assess work done and Submit progress claims to Project manager, ensuring accuracy in quantities and quality of work.
- Supervise workers activities on-site to ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
- Support the implementation of the Quality Plan and assist in maintaining quality and safety records.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve any client issues post-project handover.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Experience in managing and coordinating projects, including presenting to clients and advising on engineering matters.
- Strong ability to work independently and effectively liaise with Maincontractor and Clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic calculations will be advantage
- Willing to learn new Skill
