1) Manage all customer complaints and resolve the issues promptly
2) Work closely with the Sales team and Operation to address the
complaints
3) Manage Operations schedule and tasks
4) Document all complaints for future evaluation.
5) Update OTAs pricing and bookings
6) Manage after-hours check-in and out enquiries.
7) Monitor and reply to reviews on OTAs and Google Reviews.
8) Work closely with check-in and out officer based on check-in
and check-out schedule.
9) Prepare sales documents such as Tenancy Agreement and Invoice
