The job duties as follow :
- Provide administrative support to the medical and secretarial staff of the Department
- Typing, filing and photocopying of medical reports and other official documents, coordinating meetings and taking minutes, as well as arranging the logistics for doctors’ overseas conferences.
- Assist the doctors in projects management, coordinate their undergraduate teachings and weekly educational activities, and help in other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, independent, resourceful and mature
