Job Description:
Maintenance and Application Support:
- Administer and maintaining business software applications and platforms. ( Specifically, Nomos, Quantum, Kofax Readsoft, Optiva PLM, Automation Anywhere, Coupa and Pageproof)
- Provide L1 technical support and troubleshooting for users of business applications.
- Manage, monitor, and follow up Service Desk Process for incidents and requests.
User & Security Management:
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings within the application to ensure proper access control and data security
License Management:
- Manage license and subscriptions – support PR & PO processes aligned to department approval / budget commitments.
Vendor Management
Training and Documentation:
- Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively utilize the business applications.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in a BAU Support Operational Role with major responsibilities of core applications with hands on experience
- Preferred Mix of technical and functional skills in an ERP environment – SAP & Coupa will be advantageous
