Job Description:
- Develop and implement data standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all HR data
- Together with the project team, analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality and ensure accuracy across various modules in the HR system.
- Work closely with HR functional stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, address data related challenges and support HR processes
- Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation of HR platforms.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics or HR data governance and documentation management
- Strong understanding in HR data structures, processes and compliance requirements
