Highlights:
- Contract duration: 1 year contract
- Salary range: up to $3000 per month
- Working location: Braddell MRT
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Min. 1 year of experience in processing grants, refunds, and claims.
- Proficiency in Arabic to translate Arabic Documents.
Key responsibilities:
- Clear backlog of refunds.
- Ensure that refunds are processed completely, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Reconcile payment transfers.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for refund processes and other similar matters.
- Review current refund processes and implement any new work processes for refund automation plans to current processes
- Collaborate and work with stakeholders as necessary.
