Responsibilities:
- Gather sales forecasts from Account Managers during the weekly Sales Meetings.
- Create advertising, promotional, and sales support materials, and source festive gifts for customers.
- Assist with sales inquiries and forward them to the designated Account Manager.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Prepare reports on sales statistics and present them to vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors for sponsorships, ensuring successful event execution and that all KPIs are met.
- Optimize and enhance the company website, update content, maintain the company’s social media presence, and collaborate with Digital Marketing on monthly SEO traffic and engagement reports.
- Drive lead generation and address potential leads.
- Manage claims for the marketing co-op fund and administer vendor product rebates.
- Ensure the renewal of product reseller partnerships is properly managed.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in business or marketing
- Min 2 years of experience in Information Technology or IT System Integrator industry
- Motivated and good in communication
