What You'll Do:
As a key member of the company's team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of their projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing Contract Documents: Dive deep into contract specifications, perform precise measurements, and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities.
- Contract Administration: Assist in managing contracts by preparing progress claims and collaborating with our Clients' representatives on claims and variations.
- Tender Pricing: Request quotations, analyze prices, and prepare detailed bills of quantities to ensure competitive tender pricing.
- Claims Verification: Review and verify subcontractor and supplier claims, preparing accurate payment certificates to maintain financial integrity.
- Engaging in Meetings: Participate in site and progress claim meetings to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Project Monitoring: After project completion, oversee the project during the defects liability period to uphold our commitment to quality.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Civil Engineering
- Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic
- An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations.
