A leading Logistics and Warehousing company is growing rapidly and they are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the team here in Singapore, supporting their internal digital transformation efforts.
What You Will Be Doing
1. Project Initiation and Planning:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Process mapping (targeting B2C technologies)
2. Project Execution:
- Lead cross-functional project teams
- Coordinate and manage project resources with IT team
- Ensure quality standards are met
3. Monitoring and Control:
- Track project progress, performance and testing
- Identify and address deviations from plan
- Take corrective action
4. Closure:
- Formalize project completion
- Document lessons learned
- Evaluate project success
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a focus on B2C projects.
- Have underwent at least 1 complete end-to-end SDLC project.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Strong understanding of latest technologies i.e. CRM, ERP, Workflow Management, Accounting Software.
