Job Details:
- Location: Novena MRT
- Salary Range: $2,800 - $3,800
- Contract: 6 months (extension based on the needs of the organisation)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assists in preparing monthly payroll instructions to shared services
- Acts as HR point of contact to answer HR-related queries from staff (e.g. leave and benefits)
- Assists to update staff records for leave and benefits
- Prepares and submits claims for government paid leave
- Assists in preparation of bonus
- Organises and implements staff wellness programmes
- Assists in Learning & Development matters such as scheduling of training courses and course registration
- Assists in recruitment where needed
- Assists in ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in relevant field
- Min 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Having knowledge of SAP and Successfactors will be advantageous.
- Fast learner and can work independently.
