Job Description:
- Inventory Management
- Includes maintaining inventory accuracy by preparing reports, coordinating with clients and warehouses for timely shipments and document provision, raising purchase orders, reviewing inventory, and handling inventory issues
- On-time Administration of Billing and Reporting to Client
- Handling Customer & Product Complaint
- Scheduling & Handling Secondary Redressing Requirements
- Key Account Management
- In urgent situations in lieu of the Client Service Specialist presence, assist the Client Service Specialist in taking down the client’s request and relay them to the specialist.
- Reporting
- Generate and provide stock disposal reports to clients on a monthly/ quarterly basis
- Others
